Our Team

Thomas Dalrymple

CEO, Corporate Secretary & Director

Mr. Dalrymple has worked as a senior executive in an international setting. His past experience includes oversight of various companies, multiple partnerships, and numerous accounting staff and risk management staff throughout Europe, Central Americas and Canada. Since 1984 Mr. Dalrymple has held senior executive positions mostly in entrepreneurial settings. From 2001 to 2009, he owned a consulting company that provided accounting and risk management services to the online marketing industry. Mr. Dalrymple then became Chief Operating Officer of ISee3D Inc., a firm specializing in single lens camera 3D capture technology. From 2012 to 2018, he was the Chief Operating Officer and acting Chief Financial Officer of FTA Gold, a mining company based in Paraguay. Mr. Dalrymple holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting from the University of Toronto. He is also a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Jeremy Wong

Research Scientist

Mr. Wong is the research scientist at Global TreeGro. He earned a Master of Science in Physiology from the University of Calgary, where he researched the genetics and physiology involved in oil sands phytoremediation. He is experienced in plant molecular genetics, having conducted a genetic screen using the model plant, Arabidopsis thaliana, as well as mutant characterization. He has also worked with a wide-variety of field-applicable species, such as willow and slender wheatgrass and is experienced in growing plants using hydroponics and aeroponics systems. Jeremy has also been recognized for excellence in teaching and mentoring as a Graduate Teaching Associate.

Science Team

Includes:
  • A Registered Professional Forester who has a degree in Forest Engineering and a Master of Forestry degree with experience in silviculture, ecology and forest planning in tropical and temperate forests.
  • A PHD – Forest Sciences and Biology Consultant who has worked in the natural science/forest field for over thirty years throughout the U.S. and Canada. Their work has involved ecological and physiological processes of plants in operational nurseries, ecosystem restoration projects and forested.
